Muhammad bin Mahmoud bin Ahmad, who is called by the most perfect Hanafi, may God make his wish easy and his death easy for him when I saw the book of the will attributed to the Great Imam... Abu Hanifa... - And because pardoning the infidel is not in the place of pardon because he denies the one who bestows it and sees that as a right, nor is it the case for the other sinner, he judges her alive and knows. The one who bestows blessings and pardons, so it is permissible to pardon him, and this is the last thing we wanted to do in explaining this blessed commandment...
