Notes	Another complete copy, Tughra I, gilded and decorated, framed in red, clear calligraphy, black and red ink, set with a pen (shaped), the heads of the demands are marked with black ink, some words are written in red ink, in the margin there are corrections and comments, the copy includes flying leaves, moisture affecting the text.
Sample Text	Basmala, said the jurist and judge Imam Abu al-Fadl Ayyad ibn Musa ibn Ayyad al-Yahsbi, may God be pleased with him. Praise be to God, who is alone in His highest name, which belongs to the Most Mighty, Most Protected King... As for what follows, God has illuminated my heart and your heart with the lights of certainty, and He has been kind to me and to you as He has shown kindness to His certain saints whom He has honored by descending His holiness... -...He is the Steadfast who never disappoints, who does not triumph over those who let him down, who does not reject the call of those who seek them, and whose work is not right. The spoilers, and He is sufficient for us, and He is the best disposer of affairs, and may His blessings be upon our Master Muhammad, the Seal of the Prophets, the Imam of the Messengers, the Master of the Firsts and the Lasts, and upon his family and all his Companions, and he gave great, great greetings... Praise be to God. And the completion of the noble copy of Al-Shifa according to the description of His Chosen Prophet... was completed in the fourth Sulaymaniyah School.
