Al-Basmala... came with an authentic chain of transmission from the previous scholars that Sultan Al-Saeed, Secretary of State Abu Al-Qasim Mahmoud Sabanktin... had a great desire to memorize the Book of God Almighty, and the concerns of the Sultanate were preventing him from doing so, so he gathered the great, eloquent and virtuous scholars and brought them, and said to them that I am keen to memorize the words of God Almighty, but the concerns of the Sultanate prevent me from doing so... of the worlds}, {And to Him belongs glory in the heavens and the earth, and He is the Mighty, the Wise}, {And glorify the praise of your Lord before the rising of the sun and before its setting}, {And from the night glorify Him and behind the stars}, {And be patient for the judgment of your Lord}.
