Abu Muhammad Abdullah bin Yusuf bin Ahmed bin Abdullah bin Hisham Al-Nahwi Al-Ansari...: As for after Hamdullah Al-Fatih, the Conqueror of the Needs... I have collected in these simple papers a fragment of grammatical riddles, and a snippet of literary jokes... and I called it the One who kindles the minds and awakens the hearts... - ...So he reported what was interpreted in the script of the Qur’an, so he became foolish, and it became a proverb. This is the last thing we mentioned in these papers, and the excuse for its brevity has already been mentioned, and fulfilling what we stipulated of brevity is inevitable. Praise be to God, Lord of the Worlds, and may God’s blessings be upon our master Muhammad and his family and all his companions. God is sufficient for us, and He is the best disposer of affairs.
