I wanted to arrange a collection for my brothers among the rulers that would benefit them when quarrels are settled... — Praise be to God alone, and prayers and peace be upon the one after whom there is no prophet... I completed the editing of this book with God’s help. King Al-Wahhab... and I am the poor to God, the rich, Muhammad Ismat bin Muhammad... our last words, God Almighty willing.
