It is written in black ink, and the headers of the paragraphs are in red ink. At the beginning is an authorization from the author for the book to a group, including Al-Zarkashi, as well as an index and benefits. The book is included in a collection, and before it is: (Jawahir Al-Bahrain fi Contradiction of the Two Inks), followed by: (Al-Kawkab Al-Durri), all of which are by the compiler.
Sample Text	Basmalah... Praise be to God, who removes the excuses of those who are obligated... And then the principles of jurisprudence are a science of great benefit and value, and high in honor and pride. Since it is the subject of legal rulings... — ...and if his ijtihad led to another being more correct.... And God knows best, his compiler said... I finished editing it at the end of the year one hundred and sixty-eight... and the completion of its transcription fell on Sunday, the tenth of the month of Jumada Al-Akhir, the year seven hundred and seventy-five, at the hands of... Muhammad bin Muhammad Al-Wasiti, may God forgive him.
