Basmala... Praise be to God, the Opener of the doors of happiness and the dawn of the morning... This is a simple overview to refute the suspicion that occurred with some of the recent scholars and to exonerate the guilty from the statement attributed to him... And I called it Mufidida Al-Husna to refute the suspicion of being alone with residence, for he thought by simply looking at a phrase in my book that boasts the word “habitation” and he does not know its meaning with certainty that the imams of the Hanafi masters said that it is permissible to be alone... - ...and the explanations intend that it is a fabricated statement. Not wounded. The Imam known as Qadi Khan said in his fatwas: A man lent something and stipulated that the borrower be a guarantor for what perished in his possession. This guarantee is not valid, and he is not a guarantor with us, and there is something similar in conclusion...
