An incomplete copy of the other is clear, with good handwriting in black ink, titles in red, and framed in red. It bears traces of moisture, liquids, and repairs that do not affect the text. It has corrections. It also contains differences between some of the Sahih’s narrations in the footnote, and it has comments copied from the Ionian version.

A Lord who makes it easy and does not make it difficult, a Lord who fulfills goodness. Chapter on stoning the married man. Al-Hasan said, “Whoever commits adultery with his sister, his punishment shall be punished with the punishment of the adulterer.” Shu’bah told us. Salama bin Kuhail told us. He said, “I heard al-Sha’bi narrating, on the authority of Ali when he stoned a woman on Friday, and he said, ‘I stoned her according to the Sunnah of the Messenger of God’… — … Chapter on reading the immoral and hypocritical person, and their voices and recitations do not go beyond their throats... He said: “The example of a believer who recites the Qur’an is like a citron, its taste is good and its smell is pleasant, and It does not read like a date, its taste is good and it has no smell... Ali told us, Hisham told us, Muammar told us, on the authority of Al-Zuhri, and Ahmad bin Saleh told me, Anbasa told us, Yunus told us, on the authority of Ibn Shihab, Yahya bin Urwa told me.
