The second is the ruling, like someone who wakes up and finds semen or preliminary fluid in it and his clothes, so he is obliged to perform ablution. As a precaution, it is a chapter on the Sunnah Ghusl. According to Abu Hanifa, it is four, one of which is the Friday Ghusl, the second is washing the hands, the third is the Ghusl while standing at Arafat, and the fourth is the Ihram Ghusl.
