Basmala... Praise be to God who has bestowed abundant blessings upon whomever He wills... And then he says... Hassan Al-Sharnabulali... When I saw Imam Al-Zailghi... he mentioned the ruling on the issue of bail upon investigation... and I saw most of the commentators from the people of investigation and knowledge... I sought guidance from God Almighty and confirmed what He had revealed to me in that purpose and what I had seen in the words of our Imams regarding that matter... and I called it extending the article in investigation of postponing and suspending bail... - so it will not be. Evidence of what he understood from the guidance, that the guarantee is valid and the condition is invalid, but rather it is another narration other than the two of them, so his claim is not complete. End and this is what was made possible in this situation with the help of the All-Knowing King... and prayers be upon our master Muhammad and his family and companions.
