Basmalah... Praise be to God, the Helper of the helpless... the saying of Allama Al-Radi in explaining Al-Kafiya. Rather, Laam was specifically defined by the noun because it is used to designate the entity that is signified, identical in the same signifier, and the verb does not indicate the entity except implicitly, and the letter is signified in something else, not in itself... — His saying of the entity, along with the saying of Al-Mahshi Al-Nasir Al-Laqani, indicates that it has a subject or representative of it, and if it does not indicate its specificity, then consider this what appeared to the Sheikh of Islam and the Muslims... Muhammad. Bin Muhammad al-Tablawi...may God’s blessings and peace be upon the most honorable of the messengers...
