Basmala... Praise be to God who has made jurisprudence one of the most honorable sciences... And then the servant... Al-Sharnabulali says... that the ruling of general acquittal and its form has been reported after so-and-so acknowledges that the person left behind is such-and-such, and what has been allocated to him has reached him, which is such-and-such, and both so-and-so and so-and-so’s heirs declare a general acquittal... - So, from what we have presented, it appears that the establishment of acquittal from the invitation of notables does not differ between it being achieved in a specific way or The generality in the statement of acquittal for a lawsuit against a property... against whom... acquittal in general... as we presented from his statement: acquittal for a lawsuit against private persons is included in the general acquittal. It is equal to the statement of the acquitter... whoever claims the difference must prove evidence for it, as is known to those of virtue...
