Basmalah... Praise be to God who made the most decisive verses... He wanted to collect what was included in these papers into a ruling on an incident to make it easier to review in calamities... and I called it clarifying the hidden things when evidence of denial and proof conflicts, hoping from God Almighty to accept and pardon... - ...and as for explaining to act upon both proofs when possible, it is as he said... A woman with proof that her husband divorced her on the Day of Sacrifice in Kufa... even if the ruler ruled with one of the two proofs and then the other came, the second proof would not be accepted even if He testified to this on two separate days, and between them there were as many days as a rider should travel from Kufa to Mecca...
