Basmala, chapter on the punishment for warriors who are bandits. The basis for its ruling is the saying of God Almighty: “The punishment for those who wage war against God and His Messenger and strive upon earth to cause corruption is only that they be killed, or crucified, or have their hands and feet cut off from opposite sides, or be exiled from the land... — ... Someone told him ‘Ali is either one dirham or two dirhams... The second is doubtful and doubt is not necessary. The last available explanation of Al-Muqni’, Praise be to God, Lord of the Worlds... And it was written by the servant of debt... Ibrahim bin Ahmed bin Yaqoub Bin Youssef bin Salem Al-Mardawi Al-Hanbali... God is sufficient for us, and He is the best disposer of affairs.
