Praise be to God alone, his witness, may God forgive them both, came upon the eyes of Sidi Omar bin Ahmed Al-Wakili, who lives in Madshara, Karmat Bani Salem, while he was lying on his bed, and on his stomach while he was lying on his bed, and on his stomach, between his back and his right side, was a blow with a stick, which a human being does not often do to himself, and his fat came out of it the size of four fingers. The teacher and the surgeon, the poor Muhammad Ajadoni, measured it and found that it was three fingers wide, and its neck was one of his own, and his hand had the mark of his blow. Likewise, the aforementioned injured person is disturbed by this and clarifies and says that the one who did this to him is Sidi Abd al-Karim ibn Abd al-Karim, the lineage, and that he struck him on a premeditated level of aggression that requires retaliation, not by mistake, and that if God decrees his death, then He is the One who will take his blood and what is required of him. Whoever was present for what he mentioned accompanied him from the male and received from the struck one what was recorded in his record as a witness to him, and he was in the condition in which he was described as sound mind, enlightenment, and understanding, and he knew him in the sixth Safar al-Khair in the year 1281 Abd Rabbuh, Glory be to Him, Abd al-Salam al-Alami and Muhammad ibn al-Abbas al-Ghumari. Praise be to God. They performed and accepted, and the most knowledgeable is the representative of the scholar, the judge of the community, Abd Rabbuh.
