Praise be to God, Mr. Muhammad bin Al-Hajj Muhammad bin Al-Tayeb Al-Sabti, the plaintiff around him, testified that he absolved Sharif Sidi Abdul Rahman bin Sidi Banasir Talib, Al-Hajj Abdul Karim bin Al-Hajj Muhammad Al-Jarni, and Al-Sayyid Muhammad bin Al-Hajji Al-Kabir Bennis, the defendants around him, from slandering him, and in particular to a complete, comprehensive, absolute, general acquittal after which there is no follow-up or resurrection, whether long or short. They also testified that they absolved him before the aforementioned acquittal. They knew his fate, he testified against them in a state of imprisonment, and they referred the aforementioned, and he knew them on the twenty-fifth of Al-Hajjah Al-Haram. Eighty-six, two hundred and a thousand, praise be to God for the permission of the one who must be (amputated) on the tongue of his honorable aid, Moulay Ahmed Al-Alawi, the direction of his martyr, may God protect them through his blessings in his history, the company of the aforementioned aid, until everyone stopped at the eyes of a man on the second piece of stairs opposite the interior of the house that was lately proven from the circle of eyes in the dialogue of the house of the noble and pure, and is now known as their small house. He called himself Sidi Muhammad bin Al-Hajj Muhammad Al-Sabti bin Al-Tayeb, and he was lying on his bed, in pain, with blood on his turban. And with the horn of his faithful head, he cut the size of a fingertip, splitting the skin while he complained of blood. This is something that a rational person does not often do by himself, and the one who does it is in the hands of him. He answered with sound mind, discernment, and understanding that Sharif Boutaleb did not know his name, but he knows backbiting, and he is now performing Umrah among the Mahadili, by his confession, and that his description is drawn, with his right eye being white, and Hammad ibn al-Hajj al-Kabir Bennis and Hajj Abd al-Karim al-Jarni conspired against him near Sidi Ali Boughalib. May God benefit him after Friday prayers on the day of the date. He was the one who initiated the strike. The mentioned and described is the honorable mentioned, and that is in the face of aggression and injustice that leads to imprisonment, and because God Almighty decreed that he should die from that time before the acquittal of Val was revealed, the mentioned are those who are liable for the one who appointed him in the described situation and heard from him what he mentioned, as he mentioned, recording his testimony regarding the aforementioned permission on the twenty-second of Dhu al-Hijjah al-Hijjah and the completion of the year two hundred and eighty-six and a thousand then with a stone that was authenticated on an authenticated basis with which it was authenticated.
