Praise be to God alone and may God’s blessings be upon our Master Muhammad and his family, the earthly jurist, Sir Siraj. May God continue to keep you, and may God’s peace and mercy be upon you, for the goodness of our Master, may God grant him victory. And here we are, presenting to you the testimony of the children of Al-Hajj, the brothers of whom the murdered man was killed. They testified that the barbarians were the ones who were plundering them and harming them day and night for as long as they stayed in the place where the murdered person was killed, and they did not desist from them until they turned from it. So read it and look carefully at it, and whatever appears to our master, answer us with it. Here we are waiting for you. May God bless you and your everlasting love, and the Meccan peace of Musawi. May God grant him success in his time. Know that the family of the murdered person asked us for an oath with a weight. Accordingly, should we answer them about that or not? In any case, whatever appears to you, answer us with it.
