A craft for Mr. Muhammad bin Ahmad al-Taghzouti, two thousand francs in the treasury. The price of one hundred and forty major muds of wheat. He bought that from him according to what he mentioned and he turned and agreed and took possession by his confession. He pays him the aforementioned price for six months to come and his date is for him except what is due with the approval of the rightful holder of that and he threw it to him in the aforementioned place. Subsistence and confidence in fulfillment of all Umayyads, ten weighted amounts, plus or minus, from the house located in Bab Rahba, the planting of the saffah adjacent to it and the office, and from it there is a whole of madder and its roots to the one multiplied between them. If the death of his mentioned debt when it becomes complete, he returns it to him as a mortgage absolutely. Otherwise, on the basis of selling the mortgage to him for what he has increased and what we fall short of, he spreads it with him. It is justifiable for him to be convinced of this for the length of the period mentioned, without anything in which he must not agree to that in the original transaction, and that is after he had previously reviewed the drawing, its development, and its delivery from the taxpayers, according to No. 2615 and No. 323, the custom of its value, attested to it in its entirety, and he knew it in the cradle of Rajab Al-Asab in the year one thousand three hundred and forty, which was fixed by six months, and it was authenticated by the servants of his Lord...... Praise be to God, he performed it and knew about it.
