Praise be to God alone and may God’s blessings be upon our Lord Muhammad and his family, the earthly jurist, Sidi Idris Al-Sarraj. May God keep you alive, and may God’s peace and mercy be upon you, for the goodness of our Lord, may God grant him victory. And the sheikhs of the third of Sidi Ali bin Hamdouch responded to us and mentioned to us that Hajj Belkacem said to rise up to come to your happy presence, but they did not know that he had ordered them to come, and they wanted us to write to you about this, and if it was according to the order of the barbarians, then they had no plan for that. The order that I wrote about whoever breaks the invitation of the Sharia, so no one remains to do that, and whoever breaks the invitation, they will direct him to the Sharia, and accordingly here we have told you and to act according to what appears to you. If you order them to come, they will come forward, and if you order them to sit, then they will sit in their place until the Eid, and here we are waiting for them to answer as much as possible. May God bless us with you and for the love and peace of our Master. From there, when Hajj Belkacem ordered them to come, they were extremely afraid and were anxious for this reason.
