The beginning of the manuscript: In the name of God, the Most Gracious, the Most Merciful (...) Praise be to Him, Lord of the Worlds (...) As for what follows, in this writing I intended, God willing, to teach the learner and alert the teacher to the duties of Sheikh Imam Khalil, may God be pleased with him, restricting himself to his wording and what befits him only, without going beyond anything else and not going beyond what is urgently needed or requiring warning about it to return to what I had committed in explaining it of tautology and obscenity, and that was at the age of the youth’s youth, so I say And by God, success: His saying: From the estate of the deceased comes out what is attached to an eye.
End of the manuscript: If someone has urinated, or had more urine, or has had more sex, or has grown a beard or breasts, or has had semen or menstruation, then there is no problem. Al-Sha’bi, may God have mercy on him, said, “We do not think that there is little or much urine (...) in what was reported that he, peace be upon him, was asked about a child born to him before, and he mentioned where it will be inherited from.” So he, peace be upon him, said, regarding where he urinates, and the hadith: Al-Bayhaqi narrated it on the authority of Yaqoub Ibn Ibrahim Al-Qadi, on the authority of Al-Kalbi, and it has a chain of transmission on the authority of Ali, with a chain of transmission traceable to Ali. Al-Hafiz Al-Suyuti mentioned it in his follow-up on the topics of Ibn Al-Jawzi, and God Almighty knows best.
