Notes Praise be to God, eternally God, His Excellency, the long-lasting, trustworthy, and best brother, the jurist, my good sir Al-Muqri. Peace be upon you and the mercy of God, for the goodness of our Lord, may God grant him victory. After you reached your childhood, the consul of Aspaniol requested that the house of Muhammad bin Al-Fajil bin Shaqrun be emptied, which belonged to Uqba Ibn Hawwal, and I authorized a search for the occupant in it and emptying it, if possible, and clarifying the beauty of its rent. Then we searched for the mentioned house now, and he informed us that the owners of the jurist, the Grand Vizier, took care of him. God, and before them, it had among the shameful things of the noble storehouse, the people of the mentioned city and the people of Figig and Tajamal, for its aforementioned owner for 33 months. He asked to rent it for 15 riyals. In the most famous months, we were short with him until we returned it to him ten riyals per month. During the mentioned period, 330 riyals were due. So that you may be your brothers in mind. May God protect you and your brothers and sisters in 29 Hajj, completed in the year 1328. Muhammad Al-Muqri, may God be kind to him.
