Praise be to God for the high side of God, may his glory last for the sake of our Lord, the Messenger of God. Those who will be remembered from among the Muslims and dhimmis, namely the merchant Marduk Barish bin Falalu, the trader, Yusuf ibn Makhlouf, Fashtrit al-Muknasi, the dhimmi, Yusuf ibn Ishaq Bardnan, from the dhimmis of Fez, the Muslim, Mr. al-Tayyib ibn Ahmad Warash al-Lahami, Mr. Muhammad ibn Omar ibn Abd al-Aziz al-Habbati al-Lajjadi, and Mr. Muhammad ibn Ali Bouazza. Al-Lahmi sacrificed eighty-five thousand dirhams, the date of which is governed by equality and solidarity, a guarantee of an option, provided that they shorten the sale of tobacco and its sisters in this Idrisid city, Taza, Sefrou, and the areas mentioned above, for a period of thirty-three months, according to their behavior in the period before this, and the first period of the fifth month of its date, they will pay the aforementioned waiting period every day as required in full commitment to their livelihood and their responsibility, so that they will not claim an increase in performance, of which they knew its amount. An entire group of Muslims and non-Muslims bore witness to it against them, in a state of validity, voluntarily, and permissibility, and in the knowledge of their own eyes, on the tenth of Rabi’ al-Thani in the year seventy-five, with unity, two hundred and a thousand slaves of his Lord.
