The beginning of the manuscript: He came to Abu Al-Abbas from that...so he meets that poor person and we say to him, “God has settled what you owe on your behalf, and whoever has a reason, give him advances for that reason.” Abu Al-Hasan Ali bin Atiq told me, he said, I entered upon Abu Al-Abbas with my cousin’s son, and he was a chaperone of the boys....And among them was Abu Abdullah Al-Qasri, the chaperone, may God Almighty have mercy on him. He was a virtuous man, who was indifferent to the world, kept away from people, and he taught the Great Qur’an. I met him and kept company with him, and virtues appeared to him.
The end of the manuscript: Some of Abu Imran’s neighbors, may God Almighty have mercy on him, said to him in some of his words to him that he is nothing but a Jew. Then Sheikh Abu Imran turned away from him and did not respond to him, but rather dreamed of him as being kind and emulating himself with those of his righteous predecessors. When after a few days, the son of the curser was taken for a charge with which he was accused, and the ruler put him in prison. The curser came to the sheikh, seeking his help and seeking his intercession regarding his son, and began to praise him and be a good neighbour. The sheikh stood up for the ruler and spoke to him, the son of that man. He released him, and this was his character. God Almighty benefited him through that and benefited him. The book was completed with the praise and help of God Almighty, and may God’s blessings and peace be upon our Master Muhammad...and his family. Its copies were completed on Wednesday, the tenth of the month of Jumada al-Awwal, in the year eight hundred and thirteen. God Almighty made us know the best.

The author made this book into three parts. The first part is missing, and the original beginning of the second part is not known. The available portion includes 72 translations and ends on page 117, while the third part is complete and includes only 7 translations. Ibn Abd al-Malik al-Marrakshi reviewed two books from the book Al-Mustafid, as he mentioned in the eighth book of his book Al-Dhayl wal-Takmelah. This piece was copied with a drawing from the cabinet of the leader Abi Al-Najah Salem bin Al-Qaid Abi Al-Najah...bin Masoud Al-Mughra....//Tamlikat: //And at the end he wrote a tamlika that reads as follows: * Praise be to God, and may God’s blessings and peace be upon our master Muhammad and his family and companions. This book was inherited by Muhammad bin Ali Abi Haj from his father, the late Sheikh Qasim bin Abi Haj....Ahmad bin Abi Haj al-Fasi, and he wrote it in his own handwriting and testified.
- Investigations: // The researcher Mohamed Al-Sharif dedicated himself to the investigation of the book Al-Mustafed and submitted it to obtain a state doctorate at the Faculty of Arts in Tetouan in 2001 under the supervision of Professor Dr. Ibrahim Al-Qadiri Botschich. It was published in the publications of Abdel Malik Al-Saadi University / Faculty of Arts and Humanities in Tetouan in 2002 in two parts.
The scholar Muhammad Al-Manouni previously mentioned in the Arabic sources of the history of Morocco - c. 1, p. 55 - This book is one of the lost sources regarding Almohad history, and it was known until the end of the eleventh century AH. However, the process of excavating the manuscripts led to the discovery of this piece from the book Al-Mustafed, as it was kept by the treasury of Bani Abdul-Jabbar in Figuig.
