Praise be to God, the master Alal bin the late Hajj Muhammad Banani Al-Rahwiyyah Al-Abar, Mr. Allal bin the late Hajj Muhammad Banani, was present with his two martyrs, and I testify that he committed to paying the supplies of the high house, by God, and what was added to it necessary for the month following the following date, tomorrow, on the date of flour, and he also committed to paying it on the twenty-fourth of every month as he receives, and that he is standing with it, and no excuse for it is accepted from him, nor is he incapable of it in any way, nor is the earthly jurist, the Muhtasib, the overseer, the Murtada, Sidi Muhammad Al-Mufaddal bin. President Al-Muneim Sidi Idris Al-Sarraj Al-Andalusi and his complete agreement with what he mentioned was a custom of his value that he testified against them in full according to their custom, and on the twenty-sixth of Jumada Al-Awwal in the year one thousand three hundred and fifteen, he approved of it whoever authenticated it.
