Notes	Praise be to God. The above buyer testified that he volunteered to the two sellers above not to return to them with a defect in his grandfather’s purchase above. Even if he affected nine-tenths of the price with a defect voluntarily, his value would not be known, so long as it is valid, voluntary, permissible, and he knew it. In the second of the holy month of Ramadan, four and a thousand were fixed in it. I testify that it is valid.
