On the twenty-fourth of Rabi’ al-Thani in the year one thousand and three, the honorable Moulay Muhammad bin Sharif Moulay Ahmed Al-Adrani the honorable Sidi Muhammad bin Moulay Ahmed Al-Janati my honorable lord Sidi Abdul Salam Moulay Muhammad Al-Alawi Hajj Ahrzam bin Si Muhammad Al-Marnissi his son Al-Jalali bin Al-Mukhtar Al-Arabi Al-Fellali Sidi Muhammad bin Al-Khudair Al-Fellali Ahmed bin Sidi Muhammad Boussaid Al-Tilmisani His brother, Si Muhammad Si al-Muallem Ahmad bin Omar Muhammad Fatha al-Shami Si Muhammad al-Yaqoubi Muhammad Fatha bin al-Hajj al-Asawi al-Tazi, they testified before those who were directed to him for his duty and it was proven, praise be to God. Our honorable master, the eminent jurist, the eminent scholar, the discerning scholar, the hadith judge, the judge of the community on behalf of (Amputation), has complete repayment of his duty, and may God protect him (Amputation), and I hate that he has that in terms of what he mentioned and in the history above, praise be to etc. Then it was proven by our honorable master, the righteous jurist, the scholar Al-Daraqa (amputee), the judge of the community in Fez, that he (amputee), may God Almighty honor him, is the orphan of Sidi Muhammad Al-Balghami mentioned above, and his neglect of his need for someone to come before him to take care of his affairs and look into Stone, and the priority of his aunt, the woman, Fatima Sidi Muhammad Al-Yaqoubi, by presenting him to a side according to the above-mentioned reason, so his wise consideration required that he present her to him so that he may carry out his affairs and look into the matter. His affairs are in view of the complete, comprehensive, absolute, general presentation of the chapters of (bitters) in word or deed, and there is no basis for them, and his consideration of them is limited to them except by strengthening an original or what leads to strengthening, for he did not give her a way to it except with his permission and advice. He testified against the one mentioned, may his dignity last according to what was mentioned about him by those who testified to him, and he is such that he has that in terms of what he mentioned, and on the aforementioned premise, they gave her the effort to do what was said and a commitment to do it, and she was aware of his destiny and its completeness, and he recognized it, and in Tomorrow is the date above which the truth is authenticated by Muhammad
