Notes
Praise be to God alone, Sir Idris Al-Sarraj. May the peace, mercy, and blessings of God be upon you. For the goodness of our Lord, may God grant him victory. And after that, Husri Abd was captured and arrogant regarding what was due to him in the gift, neither against Bani Ammar nor against the trenches. Since I came from you from Fez, I have been approaching him for three days. We have been confronting him with what was described to him. He said to me, “We have not paid anything. Go to the group.” So we went to the group. They said to me, “Go to the sheikh,” so I returned to him. He said to me, “We have not paid anything. Go, supplement it with the debt,” and I bore witness to it. And the group and Sheikh Ali bin Saeed, so I passed by him and supplied it with the debt and the issue of the gift and the rent of the spoiler, and he owed forty-three mithqals, which I provided in years, and I will not be able to bear the cost of their worry, but rather a holiday. And now, my master, we love from God, then from you, and for the reward of your kindness, separate between me and him, for he spoiled his group and my group, and your sight is wider, and for your love and perpetual service and peace and the answer therein is possible. On the authority of Sheikh Hajj bin Idris
