Praise be to God, the five men, namely Sheikh Ham bin Abd al-Wahhab al-Zarhouni al-Qulay’i, Hajj Muhammad bin Omar al-Khalafouni al-Yusufi, and Abb bin al-Hajj Dahman al-Talaghzi, bear witness that they committed themselves and appointed fifteen men from among their brothers, each one with five of his brothers, to guard the legitimate road to the storeroom in the status of Yusuf’s children in the Zarhanna tribe, so that if the aforementioned status was disrupted by one person, the obligated person would be obligated to pay his known cost of the storehouse, for this reason, provided that the fifteen would maintain the station. Those mentioned with their sheep are what the construction of the road depends on for complete preservation and guarding from thieves. It is necessary for them to give full testimony and know its value. He testified to them in its entirety and recognized them with them, and among the first, an Arab color appeared (butt) before it, and on the seventh of Shaban Al-Abrak in the year two hundred and seventy-four, and a thousand, the three were correct, it was valid.
