Notes Praise be to God alone           and may God’s blessings be upon our master Muhammad and his family, the successor of Al-Asaad, the most upright jurist, Sidi Idris Al-Sarraj, may God’s peace, mercy, and blessings of God be upon you, for the goodness of our master, may God perpetuate his existence for us, and after my master, your dearest book has fulfilled us and taught us hypocrisy and what you mentioned in it, my master of the nation, our master, regarding the affair of Azib, the people of Wazan. As for what the people of Azib mentioned that he had plundered for them, they responded to him and acquitted the tribe. As for him Of others from Ait Sgroshen and the people of Al-Amin, what was (Bitr) gathered against us with lies, and we did not accept them, but what remains in our hearts is that our master has displeased us with it, and if you please my master, this loss, let them stop saying to you. And now, sir, if you want, we will present it to Hazrat Sidi bin Abdul-Jabbar so that we can investigate his matter. You are not obligated to comply. As for the barbarians, sir, they have a lot of rights over them. The mentioned man is the plaintiff of the barbarians, so they used to stay with them overnight and in the morning. And from them they would plunder, and if it appeared to them, they would verify and return what they plundered to us, and they would return it to them. They plundered it, so we believed, sir, with your knowledge of how many animals, and of clothes, and even the dress of lavender in the gardens, and our helpers achieved them. Then they baptized those who suspected lies, and the result of this is that we are at your command and we forbid you. May God bless you and peace. May God protect the sheikhs of Skhirat.
