Notes
Praise be to God. Idris al-Hajj Muhammad al-Safri bought it at my doorstep and paid the price for the long-term student, Sidi Muhammad al-Sarraj al-Andalusi, from his seller, Ahmed bin al-Hajj Hassan al-Jama`i, al-Mutaffari al-Susi, an Arab, connected quarter, a gray-haired finger, the tip of the nose, a mushroom on the left ear, a red mule of the university yesterday. I asked him the work of the knowledgeable people, amounting to a hundred mithqals, sixty-one old mithqals, which were abandoned, and the two compensations were seized in acknowledgment and safe contrast. The price of the rakhi, as required, was known in its value, attested to in its entirety, and a buyer was known and the seller was known on the fifteenth of Shaban in the year one thousand eighty-six, and from it was the condition of the mufti on the seller that the aforementioned was watered and became and was obligatory as it was obligatory, God willing, so he accepted that and made it valid.
