Notes Praise be to God              And may God’s blessings and peace be upon our master Muhammad, his family and companions, the servant of the highest station in God, the most honorable jurist, the most learned, the most learned, the most happy, the most glorious, my master Idris al-Sarraj. Peace be upon you, and the mercy and blessings of God Almighty, for the goodness of our master, may God grant him victory. After your dearest book was sent to us and we understood it, including it, regarding the call of the children of al-Madani with Hajj al-Tuhami, we, with the arrival of the books, directed them to the works of the Sharia in the Idrisiyah corner and what The Sharia ruled that he was more tempted to work, and we also tell you of a call that occurred with the noble and high-ranking people, among whom was my master Muhammad ibn al-Arabi. He complained against us with Alal Hashoum (Bitr), the pure lineage, in the matter of a mule that had been looted. He did not mention (Bitr). We comforted them until they fled from us, but when they fled from us, (Bitr) came to us and did not leave their way from me to them. He testified for them three weights of dirhams. They both paid him something from his residence and something from the country on the day of the season. Our lord, Idris al-Akbar, determined the aforementioned Sharif and arrested the aforementioned pure man, Si Muhammad, in Al-Zawiya prison without consulting us about testifying against them or about arresting them in prison. This is what Al-A’lam was obligated to do and for the service of our master. Peace and blessings be upon him, on the 23rd of Safar in the year 1288        his father corrected                     with the permission of the Arab Sheikh Ahmed Al-Janadi. May God grant everyone success in what pleases him.
