Praise be to God alone And may God’s blessings be upon our Lord, the Messenger of God, and upon his family, the earthly jurist, Sidi Idris Al-Sarraj, may God protect you and take care of you, and may God’s peace and mercy be upon you, for the best of our Lord, may God grant him victory. And then know that Si Muhammad bin Al-Makki was arrested in the possessions of Mr. Muhammad Ibn Al-Talib, and when one of the young chicks, he went to a sweeper and was refused. One hundred single mithqals and sixty mithqals, of which sixty mithqals he deposited on the qiblah of Ibn al-Makki, for which he was obligated to fifty-two qibla, and an additional hundred mithqals of the delegation of the aforementioned Muhammad, and on the direction of the qibla, he was obligated to have seventy-three qibla. The sum for all is half an uqiyah, and the eighth of an uqiyah for each mithqal for each month. When Muhammad, the one attested by the drawing, returned to his address, he paid to Ibn al-Makki’s brother the mentioned sixty mithqals, and the fifty-two mithqals mentioned by Sayyid Muhammad al-Amghasi bear witness to him. The group was amended and Ibn al-Makki was released from prison due to that. When the matter continued for the dhimmi without arrest, he rose against Muhammad al-Farkh and sued him to pay him his aforementioned debt and took possession of it. He brought the aforementioned Mr. Muhammad and guaranteed for the aforementioned debtor, Muhammad al-Farkh, the performance of the aforementioned debt after the stipulated term between the dhimmi and the banker. Then after that, Muhammad ibn al-Makki came and paid Mr. Muhammad the guarantor a hundred mithqals of his attested debt, so Mr. Muhammad paid it to the dhimmi. And drop for him twenty-five little pieces about the drawing that contains the debt and the guarantee on it. Here is the drawing that we directed to you. Look at it carefully and return it to us. We also directed Muhammad al-Farkh and Muhammad ibn al-Makki. They must be brought before you after you have seen the drawing and read to them the story of the drawing, which is the best. How did we confirm your money so that each one of them acknowledges what he has in the drawing, and then the matter becomes clear to you and shows you what is in it, your good opinion and your successful and righteous work. This is what our master must be informed of. May your dignity last. محبة سيدنا والسلام المكي الموسوي وفقه الله ومنه فبالفضل سيدنا ولابد رد لنا الرسم لأننا عيناه فالعدول ودافعه لنا وجه بعد التغيير وأعطيناه الضامن فيه وما حملنا على ذالك ووجهناه بعينه إلا لتحقق بالقضية كيف هو امر ها ويظهر لك الفاجر فيها على الأخ ولا توجهه مع الغرماء بل وجهه مع الكتاب صاحبنا بارك الله فيك صح به والسلام
