بداية المخطوط: الحمد لله من خط العلامة أبي القاسم سيدي أحمد بن مَحمد الفاسي ما نصه. الحمد لله وحده (....) ما نقله إمام الحرمين عن مالك من أنه يجيز قتل ثلث الأمة في استصلاح ثلثيها. Al-Qarafi said that the Malikis strongly deny this, and this was not found in their books, but rather it was transmitted by those who disagreed with them.
