Praise be to God, love, the jurist, the best jurist, Sir Muhammad Al-Saffar, may God’s peace and mercy be upon you, for the goodness of our Lord, may God grant him victory. Then, the masters of sight have appointed them to go out to the Islas tribe, straightening the country for which the honorable order was issued to straighten out, and those who are not going out with them, we have directed them to the judge, and so far no one has appeared to us, so we love you to show us the time when they go out and who goes out with them, so that we may have insight in implementing the order of our Lord, may God bless him and grant him peace. Muhammad bin Talib, may God grant him security. Praise be to God alone. May peace and God’s mercy be upon you for the goodness of our Master, may God grant him victory. And after what you mentioned about the time of the departure of the masters of vision and the enemy, and whoever goes out with them, if they want to go out until tomorrow, then with God’s blessing, and whoever goes out with them, the son of Muhammad’s father will help him, and they must meet with us to show them the country in which they will be stationed, and where the return is due, send us all peace. Peace be upon you. Muhammad Al-Saffar, may God grant him success.
