Praise be to God alone, the successor of our master Al-Mansour Billah, Sir Idris Al-Sarraj, after peace be upon you and his successors. As for what follows, as for what we inform you about the case of Abb bin Alal, who complained against you, Baath bin Al-Tahir and Idris bin Al-Hashimi Al-Din, he said to you, they beat him with cold blood until his wife fell. I searched for what he mentioned, and I did not want anyone to testify for us, and we have become honorable and common, and now, sir, we would like you to leave behind us what the devils said, their livelihood, Hajj Al-Haws, neither we nor you can rest, and send for the honorable. The people of Wazan and ask them about what they mentioned. We have directed to you the mentioned Abd ibn al-Tahir and Idris and the sheikh. Whatever you find, and if you find it, we direct it to you, and from him, we inform you that Allal ibn Ashoum and Abd al-Qadir ibn Muhammad ibn al-Hashimi therein are in a prison in the city of Meknasa under the hands of Commander Muhammad Akhnishsh.
