Praise be to God, Omar, and the late honorable jurist, just sir, Idris, the late honorable, may God Almighty bless you, sir Muhammad al-Qadri al-Hasani, who bears witness to God, the Blessed and Most High, of oneness, and of our master and master Muhammad, may God’s prayers and peace be upon him and his family, of the message and prophecy and the perfection of conveying that when it happens to him, death occurs, from which there is no escape from which every living creature can be avoided. The guardian of his daughters, Khadija and Fatima, is their inviolable mother, Mrs. Al-Kathir. The daughter of Al-Munim Al-Sayyid Al-Makki Barada, to look at them from the point of view of a complete, comprehensive, absolute, general bequest that brings together all the chapters of bequests surrounding all of its entire meanings. Not a chapter of the chapters was excluded from her, nor any meaning of the meanings, be it word or deed, unless this was up to her, and his consideration of it was limited to her, and he made it her right to marry them before and after puberty by force, without disclosure or confirmation, and all of this was under the supervision of his son from her, the righteous student, Sidi Al-Hadi, so that she would not do a deed or clear a thing without his permission. And his advice was intentional, recommended, and witnessed by all, who knew his destiny and testified against him in a state of illness that confined him to bed while he was in it, of sound mind, complete with discernment and understanding, and he knew it on the twenty-fifth of Rabi’ Al-Thani in the year three hundred and twenty-eight, and a thousand servants of his Lord, the Most High, praise be to God, who performed, then accepted, taught, and decided in the fulfillment of the months above.
