Praise be to God Souad, the Grand Observer, since this day was so revered and respected, it would have been a popular holiday among mankind, as it is the separating stage between bidding farewell to one year and welcoming another, and since it is customary to offer congratulations, I present to you, O Grand Observer, an optimistic congratulation on the start of this new year. I will not do this human duty on behalf of myself and these Muslim gentlemen in your hands, residents of this city. Blessed and proud of your presidency, and before welcoming the new year, we bid farewell to the departed year. We would all wish to bid farewell with it all the storms that manifested during it and the ghosts of horrors that increased in it. Had God not made use of His wisdom and the beautiful things He has made, men who laid down their lives in the service of peace, led by people of the noble French people, at the forefront of which was the head of the government of the magnificent French state, that great genius, Monsieur Daladi, turned against those profitable incidents that were taking place. With the edifice of civilization and the world falling into a furnace with the ruin of plowing and breeding, and that on the green and the dry, they saved humanity by their good policy and kindness of their kindness from a widespread evil, and those incidents were enough for the noble French people’s grief, sophistication, and ability to lead in all circumstances, and our departed year refused to leave with a part and leave a shame, so its dark incidents made up for it and bid us farewell and left the world at the gates of an age that heralds good fate and our hope. It is certain that this year, the beginning of which we are celebrating, will be full of joys and blessings, and that the banners of peace and harmony will fly over the peoples, and that the glorious and protecting state will be crowned with happiness and increased prosperity. Increased interest in promoting the peoples related to Id Yalhouan will flourish and complete the urban developments that the cradle of the magnificent state is planting, His Excellency the Chief of the Army, General Nogues, in this happy province and the successful services he is performing to help His Majesty our beloved King in promoting this. Eyala and paving the way for reform in all its aspects. The matter is mentioned to him and he is grateful, so we raise our thanks to his happiness. We all congratulate him and wish him success in all his work, which indicates the interest of the protecting government in this happy mushroom.
