Praise be to God alone And may God’s blessings be upon our master Muhammad and his family, our earthly lover and the servant of our master Al-Murtada Ali Al-Mazkiti. May God grant you success and care, and may God’s peace, mercy, and blessings be upon you for the goodness of our master, may God support him. As for what follows, our caliph, Sheikh Ham bin Muhammad, called Ould Al-Shalha, will respond to you regarding the matter of one of our slaves shopping there. He will be arrested, and you must have his eye on that, and must be strong, and must, must, because we heard. Some corrupt people are shopping there, and we believe in you. Peace be upon you. On the 19th of Shawwal Al-Abarak in the year 1289, the servant of the high rank, Abu Abdul Rahman bin Al-Muati, may God grant him success.
