In it, he drew attention to issues of its jurisprudence that are innumerable and can hardly be controlled by counting and cannot be investigated. He explained in it what the aforementioned Imam overlooked in the documents mentioned, such as ambiguity in the proportion of transmission or the ambiguity of its transmitter, and he completed in it what he lacked in the written branches by saying (...) and I called it Aqid al-Durar. The end of the manuscript: The marriage is valid or not. He said in Al-Mudawwana, and if it is valid, the marriage is proven (...) On the authority of some of the comments of Abu Imran, the consensus of our companions on it, and it was said that it is from the capital. It was narrated by Al-Fasi and Al-Mughirah Ibn Yunus. I do not know where they saw it, and I saw in Al-Mughirah’s book that it is from a third, and it was said that it is from a quarter of a dinar, so it is from a capital.
