Praise be to God alone And may God’s blessings be upon our master Muhammad, his family, and his companions, the servant of our earthly master, Commander Idris Al-Sarraj. May God’s peace and mercy be upon you, for the goodness of our Lord, may God grant him victory. What is certain is that you must be courteous to the owners of the house in which Hajj Muhammad Khalifa, Commander Abdullah Al-Amri, resides, so that he does not occupy it. Bring it to the families of the aforementioned commander, and rent it to the owner of the house every month, and even at the discretion of the owner of the house if there is an increase in the house, and the tenant will pay it off. And he performs it, and may God help you, and peace be upon you, and in 2 Mada 2 in the year 1282 Ahmed, may God grant him success, Amen
