Notes Praise be to God alone                      Salé on December 10, 1940 His Excellency the passionate and dearest Pasha, Mr. Al-Tayyib Al-Muqri, peace and God’s mercy be upon you, for the goodness of our Lord Al-Mansour, by God. Mr. Al-Mahdi telephoned you on Sunday from home in peace, so I reply that you are in good health and he is fine. He mentioned that he received the purpose addressed to this Mr. Ahmed Bennani, and I am sending to you herewith two copies of a brief message that I have prepared. At the suggestion of Superintendent M. Longan, it is the first of my writing on a subject that requires many revisions. I cannot find the material in my West and there is no room to give it its due. I have done my half-hearted effort in editing it and presenting it to you. If you accept it, you are requested to hand it over to the supervision of the Chaoui in Casablanca. If they think it is suitable for receiving on the radio, then so. Otherwise, I ask your permission to publish it in the Maghreb Salawi newspaper, where its director asked me to write an article for him on a social issue. And how many difficulties a person faces when trying to write in A topic, especially if he was not accustomed to this matter and took his talent for it and devoted his time to it. What encouraged me in this breakthrough is that the radio management does not tolerate equality, even if it is not fully mature, and that is a desire to push people to write and speak. One is not born a scholar, but the problem is established by repetition. Greetings to the brother, Mr. Hajj Hammad, Mr. Al-Arabi Al-Harashi, and our Lord, Ali Al-Darqawi. Please inform me of the date of your repentance and good tidings to our Lord according to the promise, as I have reported. My greetings to Mr. Ali and all the sons, may the Lord protect you and take care of you, and with sincere love and peace                   Abu Bakr Al-Subaihi
