Praise be to God, as the house located on Sidi Bennani Street in Houmt Diwan, next to the house of Barrada and the style of confinement, along with its Egyptian style and its cylinder, was shared between the venerable Sharif Sidi Muhammad Sharif Al-Baraka Al-Muneim, Sidi Muhammad bin Sidi Omar Al-Iraqi Al-Hasani, and the work, Mr. Muhammad, and the two ladies, Fatima and Zubaida Angel Al-Muneim, Sidi Idriss Bennani, and the honorable Mrs. Al-Batoul Al-Ghamourti, and Sidi Muhammad Al-Iraqi and Mr. Muhammad Bennani who lived in it were among the aforementioned families, and the merchant took over the appointment. Mr. Hajj Muhammad bin Al-Na’am, Mr. Al-Tahir Al-Buri, according to the representative of the aforementioned wife of Fatima, requests that the aforementioned honorable request to empty the aforementioned house for the sake of marketing and to raise the seat of the one whom God must support in his supervision and whose good deeds he has multiplied. He then ruled, may God preserve him in the presence of his two martyrs, with Nassourah Al-Samat, on his mind to empty the aforementioned house to be occupied for two months, coming from the end of the month of its history, with the values of renting paths, and the key to which will be paid by Sidi Al-Yamani Al-Badrawi Al-Hasani, the broker, Harfa Faghn. Then the aforementioned honorable person testified that he delivered the judge’s ruling and adhered to it. Then the aforementioned Mr. Muhammad bin Idris and Mr. Ahmed Ibn al-Sayyid al-Hajj Muhammad al-Buri appeared on behalf of his aforementioned mother Fatima and his aunt Zubaida, according to what will be mentioned in the testimony of his two martyrs and they bear witness to it and also committed to completely emptying the aforementioned house after delivering the aforementioned ruling. Then the aforementioned agent and the two aforementioned residents testified that they dissented among themselves regarding what happened to the aforementioned house. And renting it is a complete absolution. Whoever represents himself, then he does so, and whoever represents him on behalf of someone else, whoever represents him, they know his worth, he testified to them in full, and he knew them on the twenty-seventh of Rabi’ Al-Thani in the year one thousand three hundred and thirty-three, and from it, as mentioned, his dignity lasted, and it is such that it is obligatory for him in terms of what he mentioned, it is authentic, with its true history, and its beautiful Egyptianness.
