Praise be to God, our dearest son-in-law on earth, the most honorable and trustworthy brother, Mr. Hajj Muhammad al-Muqri, may God grant you peace and may God’s peace and mercy be upon you for the goodness of our Lord, may God support him. The motive for this is, firstly, the renewal of the covenant with your brothers and the fullest question about the nature of your conditions, which we hope, thanks to God, will be resolved, preserved by God and the care of our Master Al-Mu’ayyad Billah. Then, your brothers, the importance of the center of the Sa’idate Procuratorate in Tangier, which is the position of the Royal Caliphate in foreign affairs, is not hidden, and I learned what it led to. God is the solution in the affairs of that position by opening the doors to clear breaches of harm that arise from the weakness of the assignee’s attention and his lack of effort to memorize the rules of the assignment. And in these days, he has shown a severe appearance in complaining about the members who are with him, as if he is trying to take advantage of the unity of the position, and he is overwhelmed with humiliation, to the point that the French Consul responded with a request from their entity to transfer Mr. Fatimi Barkash and Mr. Abdullah bin Saeed directly from the prosecutor’s office and use them in matters that do not involve business for France because they are They reflect its demands and dispute over it, despite the fact that the rest of the members have nothing to do with him in directing the letter to him and his insistence on it, until he exposes the existence of the reason for the complaint, as well as the burden of the Lyon on him, and since the decrees of the effective, chosen Lord, Glory be to Him, have brought us together with you in the honorable and diverse blessings of happy service, the intermingling of marriage, and the connection of the intervention, so we obey like the one entity that sees with one eye on the tasks, and according to that, a quorum was established in the study between us and your son. The wisest, most wonderful, trustworthy, kind, gentleman, may God protect him. No one has been looked at except for one of your people whose hearts of interest believe he is fit for that greatest job. And in light of what Lykion has presented in this note, it is prudent to take advantage of the opportunity he has stated to appoint your aforementioned wise and proven son as a representative assigned to the House of Public Prosecution, who will be there and who is now recruiting and imitating the governors of Fez and Misrun. Who will be your brothers or your son himself when the aforementioned takes the place that he has appointed? He will be nominated for an axe, and we have agreed with the son, may God protect him, to also keep this secret between us, so that we may give us your idea of answering this with what you deem to be correct, and do not be persuaded by your brothers in referring the matter to the desirability of this decision only. And here we are waiting for your answer. Day after day, what is appropriate to be answered by the lions will appear, then after the matter is concluded after that, for the knowledge of our noble Lord, may God name him. And God makes everyone’s efforts for the sake of honorable interests and blessed in the survival of our Lord May his glory, brotherhood, and peace be perpetuated on the 9th of Rabi’ al-Azhar in the year 1328
