The beginning of the manuscript: Praise be to God, by whose permission the heavens and the earth stand (...) As for what follows, this is a treatise that I have called judgment with justice and fairness (...) Know, O observer of this treatise, that I did not begin it until after istikharah, about a month ago (...).
End of the manuscript: These are forty hadiths, all of which indicate the sufficiency of the two testimonies or the apparent faith in achieving what is called faith and Islam (...) and God is responsible, Glory be to Him, to benefit us with what He taught us and to teach us what benefits us (...).
