Praise be to God alone, our dearest love, the most honorable jurist, Mr. Idris Al-Sarraj. May the peace and mercy of God be upon you, for the goodness of our Lord, may God support him. I have received your card regarding the blind Al-Hayani who was called upon to kill his brother. It came to the attention of our Master, may God bless him, and his order required consideration. He should stay in a prison so that his worker can be asked whether he is a prostitute or not, and after that it will be determined whether he will be released or remain in prison. Peace be upon him on the 20th of Rabi’ al-Awwal 1279. Muhammad Gharit, may God bless him
