Notes Praise be to God alone       and may God’s blessings be upon our Lord Muhammad, his family, and his companions, the most loving, the best, the most guided, and the most happiest jurist, Sir Abdul Wahid. May God protect you and protect you, and may God’s peace and mercy be upon you, for the best of our Lord, may God grant him victory. And after that, the bearer of it was Abu Bakura. He sent the invitation to the commander, and he sent a Makhzani with them. Accordingly, he hung the olives by the command of the commander until it appears who is his master and takes possession of it. When the Makhzani returned to his condition, Abu Bakra baptized him. Zakura and his sons went to the disputed olive tree and brought it down on the ground of my shield. They did not help with it for Fasal, nor were they able to fulfill what was due. And at this hour, he wanted to complain about this against our master, the supporter of God, who did not consult with us. We responded to him about that. We said to him, “Al-Aid will take your rights for you, and we do not need a complaint from our master.” And since he ordered us to do this, he asked us to write to the commander, and accordingly, here we are, we have written a letter to the commander bearing this, and we directed it to you, and his secret is fees for the olives. So we ask you and your full grace to stand with him for the sake of God, for he is a poor seeker who does not know the path to immorality, just like the oppressor, and if you do something that will save him for God, and how much good is a helper for you in taking a help for him in taking his right from his oppressor, as is the opinion of you, may God bless you and you and for the love of our master, and peace                  Al-Makki Al-Musawi, may God grant him success through him.
