The beginning of the manuscript: In the name of God, the Most Gracious, the Most Merciful (...) and from the book “Advancement of Advice on the Consequences of the Act of Shaking Hands” by Sheikh (...) Abi Al-Abbas Ahmad bin Muhammad bin Abi Bakr Al-Busaidi (...) What is the text of a chapter in which I mention what appeared to me of the temptation of this smoke whose affliction has been circulating among people for ages from the year five or six after the millennium to our present time, which is the forty-sixth year of it.
The end of the manuscript: The world of plants contains something that is a deadly poison, and the poison of that may spread to its ashes and smoke, so they are poisoned. Do you not see that the ashes of impurity have not been purified by fire, so they are impure, and so is its smoke? And God Almighty grants success with His grace, His grace, His presence, and His length. I finish.
