Praise be to the eminent jurist, the best scholar, my master Muhammad Al-Saffar. May the peace and mercy of God be upon you, for the best of our Lord, may God grant him victory. Peace be upon you and the mercy of God, for the good of our Lord, may God grant him victory. After the birth of the royal jurist and the two sons of Hajj al-Tayyib Barada, who were performing Umrah in the Nakhalin market, one day they claimed that their shops had been stolen. When we asked their Umrah about this, they said that the niqab was struck on them, as was narrated by Laban Makhlouf, and it was carried out to serve them. The one attending that shop became Abdul Qadir. Ibn Qaddour Ajiba al-Tilmisani, who is the one who has knowledge of the place in which the niqab was struck, so we arrested him for accusing him of the aforementioned lawsuit. Some of Agiba’s sons came to speak about it and that there is no completion in it, and he invoked the proof that my master. When we saw that, we directed everyone to you, with the knowledge of our Lord, may God support him, and to your sovereignty, look upon love and peace. Shaban 14, 1258 Idris al-Siraj Praise be to God, and peace be upon him, for the best of our Lord, the clouds. And after, the above two groups were present and we heard their words. All together, the shop owners say that she was struck with a treasury from that, but it was narrated, and they found some of the stolen items in it, and it does not enter for that unless it was narrated, otherwise that Tlemcen is the accused in their view, and the people of Tlemcen acquitted their brother of this invitation and cited his proof that he was not among the accused. Our master, may God grant him victory, replied that the custom in such a case in the country is known and the law is present, so he has settled on custom and law and on love and peace.
