Notes Praise be to God, present in the presence of the ruler of this Idrisian city, the most honorable president, the most honorable, the most learned jurist, Sidi Idris bin Al-Amin Al-Nazir, the late Sidi Hajj Abd al-Rahman al-Sarraj al-Andalusi, all those who mentioned the country of his right and asked them about what the French riyal sells to them and what they deal with in their markets. They did not all acknowledge that the men mentioned are sold to them at three weights and ten weights, and it does not increase anything at all in its entirety since the price was set that way until now, even though it is Say, very affectionate. So whoever heard what was mentioned, record it about them, and they are all aware of his worth and he knew them. It is marketed among them and they cooperate in their markets for nothing more than three mithqals and ten weights, and it has not enjoyed an increase in it since its price was set accordingly according to the drawing above, and I testify against them that they adhered to this with the obligation required of them, so if they stopped increasing it in that, then the stored penalty will be imposed on them. The president Al-Assaad, in the hand of Idris Al-Sarraj, asked them to take the highest oath by God Almighty in the Qur’an, and they adhered to the oath mentioned in the face of the aforementioned.
