Praise be to God, in the council of the upright earthly jurist, the officer Al-Murtada, the Muhtasib of Fez Al-Oula, Al-Sayyid Al-Mufaddal, the son of Al-Ra’is Al-Muneim, Al-Sayyid Idris Al-Sarraj Al-Andalusi, the fourteen group of butchers in Fez Al-Ulaiya, the fourteen people whose names are written in the tora on his right, attended from the two groups of butchers in Fez Al-Ulia, and after the aforementioned jurist threatened them to slaughter and sell female sheep and to increase travel as required by the guardian, they then testified before his martyrs that they did not slaughter females or They are able to slaughter it, and if they are found in the hands of one of them, with a luxury in his hand, he will beat him and imprison him whoever takes him around in the markets, and that the price of meat is not among them able to increase it, neither by a little nor by a lot, and that its price for this period of more than ten days is one thousand ten ounces, and they are not harmed or restricted by the mentioned price, and that the Corporal Mr. Al-Ghazi is the one who comes to them and rouses them to ask for an increase in the price from the aforementioned Muhtasib and he did not help him in that. Then the aforementioned Mr. Al-Ghazi appeared at the aforementioned Muhtasib’s council and the Muhtasib brought him a card included in Rabi’ al-Thani Qur’an 4...56, so he asked him whether it was in his handwriting or not, and he answered that it was his own handwriting. Then he also asked him for what reason he claimed that the price had increased, and what made him enter into that, and in the calamities in the hands of sheep, and other things that he had no entry into, especially since the honorable order had been received by the officer in that matter. He narrated it to him and he committed himself to acting in accordance with it and not to go back to that. He searched for it. If he returned to it, he would be disciplined and rebuked, and his hand would be removed from the craft. He would hesitate about it without delay from those who were present and heard what was mentioned from those who were present. He mentioned how he recorded his record as a witness to them, they knew his worth and its completeness, and some of them knew it from the corporal on the fifth of Rabi’ Al-Thani, sixteen hundred and one thousand, Sidi Muhammad bin Muhammad Al-Filali, Arafa bin Sidi bin Al-Tahir, the lineage, Arafa Al-Qaid Barik Al-Yazidi, known by his name as Muhammad bin Saud, Arafa Al-Arabi bin Hammadi, the lineage known by him, Al-Muallem Muhammad bin Al-Hajj Abdullah, known by his name, Qaddur bin Al-Hussein Al-Sharadi, Ahmed bin Diab Al-Hamiyani, known as a fourth connected to Omar bin Muhammad. Al-Filali Al-Omari was known as Al-Arabi bin Al-Tahir Al-Yazidi, known as Al-Hamdi bin Al-Saeed Al-Filali, known as Ahmad Al-Habib Al-Balgami, called Huzayl Al-Jilali bin Maloud Al-Sharadi Al-Dubalali, Al-Muallem Idris bin Muhammad Al-Yazidi.
